Delivery Timings

Smaller items are usually delivered within 3 working days, Monday to Friday, between 7:30am and 6:30pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Once your item has left our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Our standard delivery partners include Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, and DPD.

If you live in a highland, island, or rural postcode, delivery may take longer than 7 working days. In these cases, a delivery slot will not be offered at checkout. Instead, our carrier will contact you after your order is placed to arrange delivery. While we aim to deliver within 7 working days, delivery times are subject to postcode and courier availability.

Track an Order

After your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.

If you have any questions or issues with tracking your order, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to assist you.

Standard Delivery

We offer standard delivery on all orders, with dispatch typically within 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 2 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery by Our Approved Suppliers

Some products may be fulfilled and delivered directly by our approved suppliers. In such cases, delivery methods and timelines may vary from our standard delivery service. You will be informed if any items in your order are supplied directly by one of our partners.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

  • All deliveries require a signature.

  • You will receive an email confirming your delivery date and tracking details.

  • If no one is available, the courier may attempt delivery to a neighbour or leave a card with further instructions.

  • Couriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel to our warehouse.

  • For age-restricted items (such as alcohol), you must provide valid proof that you are 18 or over, in line with the Challenge 25 policy.

Help With My Delivery

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email.

  • If the item becomes available within 28 days and you agree to wait, your order will be processed and shipped once back in stock.

  • If the item is still unavailable after 28 days, we will contact you to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If your order is being delivered by an approved supplier and is overdue, please contact our Customer Services team. We will liaise with the supplier on your behalf. Please note that supplier operating hours may differ from our contact centre, which may affect response times.

Deliveries of Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive on different days or via different couriers, at no extra cost to you.

Orders containing items with different dispatch times (e.g. 5-day and 7-day dispatch) will be delivered separately. Please allow the full delivery timeframe to pass before contacting us.

Delivery Exceptions & Restrictions

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes, we do.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes, we do.

Do you deliver to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, and the Isle of Man?*
Yes, however delivery availability may vary due to geographical location and courier restrictions. Some products may not be deliverable to these locations.

Goods delivered to the Channel Islands* may be subject to customs duties in accordance with local import regulations. These charges are payable by the recipient.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deduct VAT at the point of sale. If you are eligible for a VAT refund, please contact Customer Services after delivery, and we will arrange a refund of the VAT charged.
